Runway is a modern FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) platform built to help fast-growing teams simulate business decisions, build flexible financial models and drive data-informed choices across finance, sales, marketing and operations.

In this project I redesigned the dashboard and overall user experience for Runway. I restructured the information architecture to make complex financial data and models easier to consume. I created a scalable design system and component library that supports interactive scenario-planning, real-time modeling, reporting and cross-team collaboration. I refined the visual hierarchy and layout to improve readability of metrics, financial projections, and scenario comparisons.

The result is a clean, modern and intuitive dashboard interface that allows users to quickly understand their business health, run “what-if” simulations and plan with confidence. The redesign helps both financial and non-financial users navigate complex data and supports strategic decision-making for growing companies.
